Our Calling
Loving Leadership
Each year, more than 2000 churches in America find themselves without a Pastor. Without proper leadership the local congregation can become stagnant, dwindle in numbers, and are in danger of closing their doors. This is where we can help. We do not consider ourselves to be Interim Pastors, but instead, we are Transitional Pastors. God has called us to serve the local church and help propel them toward the next chapter. We provide loving and Biblically sound leadership, teaching, and counsel.
Moving Forward
Our calling is not to become permanent Pastors, but to assist the local congregation in finding God's chosen person to lead the church. Through our network of ministers and colleges, we can help connect the local church with potential candidates. On our part, this process involves learning the personality of the local church and assess the needs of the congregation moving forward.
Count the Cost
While we most certainly believe, according to scripture, that a workman is worthy of his wages, this does not factor into our decision making process on where to go. We understand that some congregations are in a difficult place financially. We travel in an RV, already have an adequate stream of income and are willing to go wherever the Lord leads us. The bottom line for us, is that we want to be a blessing to the church.
"What a blessing it was to have both Tim and Fanny minister and fellowship with us. We enjoyed every minute with them."
